Machine Operator           (Paper Department)

This is where the paper is made. Positions start off as entry level performing general physical activities. You will train on the job to learn how to safely operate our paper machines. Tasks will include operating forklifts, running machinery, conducting tests and inspections. As you gain experience, you will work on a team to problem solve, troubleshoot issues and control the equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.

Heavy Equipment Operator (Woodyard)

The papermaking process starts here. Positions start off as entry level performing general physical activities. You will train on the job to learn how to safely operate heavy equipment including a skid steer, chip handler, log stacker and rotary crane. You will work outside and at elevated heights. As you gain experience, you will learn to monitor, troubleshoot issues and control processes to ensure optimal performance.

Power or Chemical Operator (Utilities or Paper Mill)

Manage the recovery boiler that produces power to the mill or manage the chemical process associated with our caustic room and lime kiln. Positions start off as entry level performing general physical activities. You will train on the job to learn to process information, analyze data, collect samples and test quality. As you gain experience, you will control processes by watching monitors and correcting malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.

Mechanical Maintenance

As a General Mechanic duties include, but are not restricted to, replacing valves & gaskets, basic welding, repacking pumps & valves, forklift operations, screwed pipe & tubing installations, cylinder repair, pump repair & replacement, repair of rotating assemblies, roll repair and replacements, motor replacements, and repair of mechanical drive systems.

Electrical and / or Instrumentation

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Mechanic duties for IEs include, but are not restricted to, electrical circuit troubleshooting & repair, conduit & wire installation, lighting repair, PLC troubleshooting & repair, drive troubleshooting & repair, Instrumentation & control valve calibration, troubleshooting & repair, and HVAC work.
