International Paper is building a new state-of-the-art corrugated box plant in Waterloo, Iowa. The new plant is expected to employ more than 200 team members, and we anticipate approximately 85 new local job opportunities will be created to support the new plant.

We are excited to expand our U.S. footprint and deliver outstanding results for each other, our customers and our shareholders with the highest level of safety, quality, reliability and customer excellence.

Construction is planned to begin in the spring 2025 with a target for operations to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
