International Paper preprint team wins big at 2023 FTA Excellence in Flexography Awards

IP’s talented preprint team received six awards at the 2023 FTA Excellence in Flexography Awards, which is the longest running and most prestigious annual print competition for the flexographic industry. 

IP received the following awards:
•    Best of Show – The Angry Orchard Hard Cider Explorer Variety Pack Box 
•    Gold – Family Tree Farms Fruit Box 
•    Gold – Belle Glos Pinot Noir Wine Box 
•    Bronze – Gee Whiz Auvil Hunnyz Apple Tray
•    Silver – Spindrift Sparkling Water & Real Squeezed Fruit Box 
•    Bronze – Samuel Adams Beers for Cheers Variety Pack Box 

When describing the box that won Best of Show, the judge noted “super fine details and very challenging reverses that are unmistakably printed very well.…”

In addition, all printing plates and inks were made in-house through IP’s inks and plates team, one more way IP has the skill and capability to deliver for our customers throughout the entire package creation process.
