PrePrint

Using flexible printing plates, preprint prints directly onto the outside liner before it’s glued to the corrugated medium. The liner is not attached to the flute tips at this time so it has a very smooth print surface. A key advantage of preprint is consistent color and image quality on high volume runs. With one central print location, the printed rolls are shipped to multiple IP facilities from the east coast to the west coast and the print is exactly the same.
