The CBB’s training programme aims to reinforce the skills of its personnel over the short term, to accompany changes and to prepare for the medium-term future. To create the company’s training programme, an analysis of requirements is carried out on the basis of:
- individual interviews with employees to examine their needs and the training required to carry out their work correctly.
- the company’s strategic guidelines.
The proportion of the total payroll allotted to company employee training is particularly high in relation to the regulatory requirement and the practices of companies within our industry.
