We guarantee* that you won't experience more than one jam in 10,000 sheets on high-speed digital equipment, or we'll replace the paper or offer a refund up to the total purchase price.

Printing:

  • Hammermill® Digital Gloss™ is guaranteed to perform on high speed color digital presses and sheetfed offset presses.
  • Hammermill Digital Gloss products are guaranteed to perform on offset presses and for subsequent color electronic imaging provided the printer follows Hammermill Paper Pre-Printing Guidelines which provide tips designed to minimize potential issues, such as curl.
  • Hammermill Digital Gloss products are guaranteed to perform on computer-to-plate offset presses such as the Quickmaster®, Screen True-Press®, KBA®, Karat 74® and other similar computer-to-plate presses.

Pre-Printing:

  • Hammermill Digital Gloss is guaranteed to perform when mill stock sizes are pre-printed on cold-set or UV offset presses and then imaged using office electronic imaging equipment or large electronic imaging printers, provided that our Hammermill Paper Pre-Printing Guidelines are followed.

Electronic Imaging:

  • Hammermill Digital Gloss is guaranteed to perform on high speed color digital presses such as Xerox® iGen3®, Kodak® NexPress® series and Canon® 7000.
  • Hammermill Digital Gloss is guaranteed to perform on blanket image transfer digital printers such as the Kodak® NexPress® 
  • Hammermill Digital Gloss products are not guaranteed for sheeting or converting applications after electronic imaging.
