Jerome N. Carter

Jerry Carter joined Union Camp in 1980. In 1981, he was promoted to plant Industrial Relations manager, then assistant division manager for Industrial and Public Relations. In 1987, he became director of Industrial Relations. In 1997, he was promoted to senior vice president of Human Resources at Union Camp and has held this position at International Paper since 1999.
