Mr. Gibara was chairman and chief executive officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. from 1996 to 2002 and continued to serve the company as non-executive chairman of the board until June 30, 2003. He had previously served Goodyear in a variety of managerial posts including president and chief operating officer. Currently, he is a director of Dana Corp. and serves on the advisory board of Proudfoot Consultants.
Mr. Gibara, born April 23, 1939, has been a director since March 9, 1999. |
