Paul Herbert joined International Paper in 1992. His positions included vice president of Engineering & Manufacturing Services and managing director of International Paper Office Papers West (Europe), then president of International Paper Europe in 2000. Paul was chief executive officer of Zanders Feinpapiere AG from 1996 - 2000. Paul was named senior vice president of Printing & Communications Papers in June 2003.
