Mike Balduino joined Federal Paperboard in 1992 as vice president and general manager of Imperial Bondware and subsequently became senior vice president of Converted Products. He joined International Paper through the 1996 merger, and has served in various sales, marketing and business leadership roles, including his most recent position as president of Shorewood Packaging.
In November 2005, Mike was named senior vice president of International Paper and president of Shorewood Packaging, assuming additional responsibility for the company's Foodservice and Beverage Packaging businesses. |
