We manufacture the full spectrum of office papers - from economical volume-based products through to colour laser and tinted papers - meaning we can offer you a paper for every application. This range is made up of IP, customer and key original equipment manufacturer (OEM) brands alongside private label stocks. Our promise to you is a brand, product and service to meet every requirement. We then back this up with our strength and experience in the marketplace to bring you solid support and unbeatable industry know-how.
We want to ensure you get maximum benefit from the products which we import from our global manufacturing platform. Our team carefully manage the distribution of those finished products, working locally with partners to implement key marketing and sales strategies across the UK and Ireland. We take this role seriously and proactively support our customers’ sales objectives by helping you to identify new opportunities in the marketplace. Our services include:

- Local support, to ensure you have the right products for your customers’ needs
The UK & Ireland commercial team is comprised of five members, headed up by Antony, Country Manager for UK & Ireland. We have two Key Account Managers; Michal and Danny, and a Channel Marketing & Development Executive; Rachael. In addition to this, the IP Western Europe Technical Manager James is based in the UK and leads the business’ commercial and technical development in the high-speed inkjet product area, also contributing his specialist technical expertise wherever it is needed!
Key Account Managers : Michal & Danny
Danny and Michal are our 2 Key Account Managers covering the UK and Ireland.
Michal has been with IP for 12 years, working in a variety of different roles including Customer Service, Marketing and more recently Key Account Management, in both the UK and Europe. This gives Michal a unique and rounded perspective in his approach to the market and his customers.
Danny joined the company in 2017, having previously worked as Account Manager within the office paper divisions of two of the UK’s leading paper distributors. He has over 20 years of indispensable industry experience.
Our UK & Ireland Key Account Managers work hard to nurture partnerships with key distribution partners, working with them to develop new initiatives and added-value propositions. Understanding a customers’ plans, requirements and objectives is essential, as this enables them to offer the most relevant solutions and create real value for both them and their clients.
Our Key Account Managers provide:
- Strong multi-level relationships across all business functions
- A reliable local point of contact
- Expertise to help identify and improve operational efficiencies right across the supply chain.
Rachael, Channel Marketing & Development Executive
Rachael joined IP in 2016 to provide field marketing support to Tier 2 customers. She assists in the implementation of education, training and promotional programmes within the reseller community. Rachael works hard to identify reseller needs and meet those through the development of impactful communications plans and new resources - significantly enhancing marketplace opportunities for her customers.
European Customer Service Team (ECS)
The UK team is a part of centralised European Customer Service group based in Krakow. Through a close collaboration with planning, transportation, finance and commercial departments, the team provides world class-service to IP customers and create value for the business.
Their daily work involves:
- Monitoring of orders from enquiry and processing, right through to production and transportation
- Post-delivery care
- Ensuring customers can access prompt information on their order status
- Handling of all order amendments
- Making customer visits to better understand specific business needs
- Continual process and service improvement – to ensure we keep getting better at what we do.

In 2017, the team handled over 50,000 incoming emails through email@example.com. We listen to our customers, provide information, offer options and work alongside them to find the best possible solution in every scenario.
Alongside all of this, International Paper is constantly researching ways to keep on improving its products and services, and to cater to an ever-changing market environment. The company has always been at the forefront of office papers innovation and development, and our unique global partnership with HP has ensured we can develop papers specifically designed to meet the changing demands created by new technology.
