The Power of Color

Yellow is happy. It can't help itself. Yellow shines, it encourages and it screams optimism. Yet it is often used to communicate caution – possibly because it is believed to stimulate the nervous system and activate our memory. That bipolar personality is evident throughout history. In China, the male Yang principle is represented by yellow yet ancient Egyptians assigned yellow to their principle of femininity.

The symbol of a yellow sun was historically worshiped in numerous cultures. The Greek sun god Helios wore a yellow robe and rode in a golden chariot pulled by four fiery horses. That's some serious yellow power.
