The Power of Color

At first blush, brown may seem a bit dull in comparison to most other colors. But that is indeed part of brown's charm. Its tone conveys a strong sense of stability and reliability, likely born of the color's prominence in nature. Originally extruded from umber – a dark brown clay – sepia dye was later made using the dark inks drawn from cuttlefish.
