Papermaking, Box-making and Recycling

The first instances of papermaking date back to ancient Egypt, when strips of papyrus stem were pressed together to form sheets.  Over time, the process has been perfected to increase efficiency and make a better, stronger paper.  Today, papermaking at International Paper is a complex process that uses efficient combined heat and power technology and relies on biomass as fuel.
