United Way
As a global company, International Paper is committed to making a difference in the communities where our employees live and work. For more than 20 years, International Paper employees have come together to participate and raise funds through an annual United Way campaign. The committment to United Way is an example of the company's committment to helping build stronger communities and improve the living conditions in the areas where International Paper has facilities.
During the 2008-2009 campaign, more than 32,000 International Paper employees made their choice to LIVE UNITED by raising more than $3.1 million with the company's 60 percent match. International Paper remains committed to this company-wide partnership and improving the communities where our employees live and work.
