What is HealthyLife?
HealthyLife is International Paper’s wellness benefit for salaried IP employees and their spouses or domestic partners. HealthyLife is a partnership between employees and IP that gives everyone the opportunity to experience the rewards of better health. For employees, the ultimate reward of better health is the ability to live life to its fullest. For International Paper, investing in prevention and wellness is the first step toward managing rising health care costs.
A key component of HealthyLife is an incentive structure that provides cash rewards for salaried employees who are enrolled in an IP-sponsored medical plan and who actively participate in the wellness program. These employees, spouses and domestic partners can reduce their medical premiums by up to $900 per person annually.
