Below listed are the General Terms & Conditions of International Paper S.A., IP Célimo S.A.R.L., International Paper (UK) Limited and International Paper - Kwidzyn Sp. z o.o.
The latest version replaces all prior versions. If there are any discrepancies between the English version and the local language version, the English version shall prevail.
By placing an order you confirm your acceptance of the applicable General Terms and Conditions and any confirmation of an order by the relevant company of International Paper will be subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
