| The ecotainer™ line of foodservice packaging has been designed to provide a more environmentally sensitive alternative to standard paper packaging. The product line is expected to include paper hot cup and lids, Cup Buddies®, food containers and lids, and paper cold cups and lids. All products will be made from fully renewable resources, be compostable under proper conditions, and have a smaller environmental impact. |

The introduction of the paper hot cup with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters marked the launch of the ecotainer™ line. We have since launched a stock design and are in the process of rolling out custom graphics with several other customers. The innovative technology represented in this cup was developed by International Paper's Coated Paperboard and Foodservice businesses in partnership with DaniMer Scientific, LLC. A corn-based polylactic acid resin from NatureWorks LLC is modified by DaniMer Scientific to create a new material that can be applied to paperboard to create a water-resistant barrier. This new material replaces the petrochemical plastic used in standard packaging today. |

| Although we don't yet have solutions for all of the items targeted for the product line, we are committed to continued research and partnership in this area.
