This disc package joins the Flip-Pak and EcoPak as the latest sustainable packaging option in the greenchoice™ Environmental Solutions program.
REPAK®, like the Flip-Pak, is an ALL PAPERBOARD package designed for CDs and DVDs - not a plastic tray or hub in sight! It can be made from virgin third-party certified, renewable paperboard or recycled board. Add our renewable inks and coatings to the manufacturing process, and you have a package that is renewable, recyclable and sustainable! And, there's ample billboard space to showcase graphics and promotional copy.
REPAK® features a distinct design for disc delivery - its unique recessed cavity holds the disc snugly, and safely, in place. The 4-panel REPAK® can be designed to accommodate the same number of trays as our current Disc Packs. The tray can be plain white, flood-coated one color or custom printed, using either gravure or litho printing. In addition, the CD-size REPAK® has passed loading and drop testing at several major Replicators.
