We are pleased to introduce the newest offering in Shorewood's portfolio of exciting Home Entertainment packaging: the FLIPtray.
The FLIPtray is one of several multiple-disc options that Shorewood offers to our customers. Developed by NEXPAK, a company based in Duluth, GA, the FLIPtray features an innovative disc tray system that utilizes a unique pivoting tray hinged to a DVD tray base. This design element enables the package to hold 2 or 3 discs, making it a great choice for multiple disc releases. The hubs on the clear crystal polystyrene trays are aligned to allow maximum visibility for packaging graphics.
Shorewood will offer two versions: FLIPtray 2 and FLIPtray 3, which hold 2 and 3 discs respectively. The trays are adhered to a paperboard cover made of .018 point SBS (solid bleached sulfate) or recycled board. Designers can take full advantage of the billboard graphic space on all four panels of the package.
