The company has the greatest number of facilities certified or recommended for certification in OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program, the U.S. government's elite safety program. International Paper is committed to environmental stewardship and is engaged in partnerships with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, state agencies and non-governmental organizations.
