Lynn Laverty Elsenhans

Lynn Laverty Elsenhans, 51, chief executive officer and president, Sunoco, Inc. Ms. Elsenhans previously served as executive vice president, global manufacturing, Shell Downstream Inc., a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc, from January 2005 to August 2008, as president of Shell Oil Company and chief executive officer of Shell Oil Products U.S. from 2003 until 2005, and director strategic planning, sustainable development and external affairs of Shell International Limited from 2002 to 2003. Ms. Elsenhans is a trustee of Rice University and First Tee, an overseer for the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice, and on the boards of the World Golf Foundation, the Texas Medical Center, and Central Houston, Inc. Director since March 15, 2007.
