Mike Balduino joined Federal Paperboard in 1992 as vice president and general manager of Imperial Bondware and subsequently became senior vice president of Converted Products. He joined International Paper through the 1996 merger, and has served in various sales, marketing and business leadership roles.
Mike was named senior vice president of International Paper in 2000 and president of Shorewood Packaging in 2004. In May 2008, he was named senior vice president, Consumer Packaging, with responsibility for Shorewood Packaging and the company's Coated Paperboard and Foodservice businesses. |
