Coated book stock consists of coated groundwood free paper, printed, or unprinted in sheets, shavings, guillotined books and cuttings. A reasonable percentage of paper containing fine groundwood may be included.  No prohibitive materials are permitted.  Total outthrows may not exceed two percent.
